Here are our Terms of Use, in plain english. Like our material in our courses, it is written to be understood and not wondering what you just read.

You may use the CyberRST website and platform for learning, training, and exploring our services. Because we are a cybersecurity company, we expect all users to follow basic security and ethical standards while using the site.
3.1 You agree that you will not attempt to break, bypass, or weaken any part of the site’s security. This includes trying to access areas you are not authorized to use or attempting to disrupt or interfere with how the site works.
3.2 You also agree not to copy, download, or republish our content without permission. All training materials, videos, text, and tools belong to and are owned by CyberRST, and they are provided for your personal or organizational learning only.
3.3 You may not use the site for anything illegal, harmful, or deceptive. This includes using the platform to spread malware, attempt social engineering, or engage in any activity that violates cybersecurity laws or ethical standards.

4.1 If you create an account on the CyberRST platform, you are responsible for keeping your login information private. You should not share your username or password with anyone, and you should not allow others to use your account.
4.2 If your organization purchased multiple seats, only the number of users paid for should access the platform. Each person should have their own login so training progress and security records stay accurate.
4.3 You agree to notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. We may pause or close accounts that appear to be compromised, misused, or involved in activity that violates these Terms.
4.4 Your access to the platform may change if your subscription ends, your organization changes its licensing, or if we need to restrict access for security or operational reasons.

5.1 All content on the CyberRST website and platform belongs to CyberRST. This includes our training materials, videos, text, graphics, assessments, tools, and any other resources we provide. You may use this content for your own learning or for training within your organization, but you may not copy it, download it, republish it, or use it in any way that goes beyond what the platform allows.
5.2 Nothing on the site gives you ownership of our content or the right to reuse it outside of CyberRST. All rights remain with us, and any use outside of your training access requires our written permission.

6.1 CyberRST creates courses to help you build real‑world skills and learn how to apply those skills in practical situations. We work hard to make our lessons clear, useful, and up to date, and we continually improve our training based on feedback and industry standards.
6.2 Even with that, your results depend on your own effort. You are responsible for completing the lessons, practicing the skills, asking questions when you need help, and putting in the time required to learn the material. We cannot control how much work you choose to do or how you apply what you learn.
6.3 For that reason, CyberRST does not guarantee any specific outcome from any of our courses, now or in the future. This includes jobs, promotions, certifications, performance improvements, or any other result. Our courses give you the tools — your progress depends on how you use them.

8.1 We work hard to keep the CyberRST website and platform running smoothly. Even so, there may be times when the site is slow, unavailable, or not working exactly as expected. This can happen because of maintenance, updates, internet issues, or things outside our control.
8.2 If something does go wrong, we will address it as quickly as we can, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access or perfect performance at all times.

9.1 The CyberRST platform includes community features, discussion areas, or places where users can post content. You agree to use those spaces responsibly. You may not post anything harmful, abusive, illegal, or misleading. You also may not share content that belongs to someone else unless you have permission to do so.
9.2 Anything you choose to post remains your responsibility. CyberRST does not endorse user‑generated content and is not responsible for what other users share. We may remove posts or restrict access to community features if they violate these Terms or create a risk to other users or the platform.

10.1 Using the CyberRST website and platform is at your own risk. We work hard to provide a reliable and secure experience, but we cannot be responsible for any losses or damages that happen as a result of using the site. This includes lost data, lost revenue, business interruptions, or any indirect or unexpected issues that may occur.
10.2 CyberRST provides training and tools, but we cannot guarantee that the site will always be error‑free, uninterrupted, or perfectly secure. Your use of the platform means you accept these limits..
