CyberRST - Warranty

- 3.2 We do not guarantee that our courses or services will meet your personal expectations or learning preferences.
- 3.3 We are not responsible for issues caused by your device, internet connection, browser settings, or third‑party tools.
- 3.4 We do not cover losses related to data, revenue, business operations, or any indirect or incidental damages.
4. Refunds and Service Corrections
- 4.1 Refunds, if offered, are handled according to our Refund Policy. If no separate Refund Policy exists, refunds are handled at CyberRST’s discretion.
- 4.2 If a digital product fails to function as intended due to an error on our part, we will either correct the issue or provide an appropriate alternative solution.
- 4.3 Access issues caused by user error, forgotten passwords, or unsupported devices are not covered under warranty.
5. Updates and Improvements
- 5.1 CyberRST may update or improve courses and services over time to maintain accuracy and relevance.
- 5.2 Updates do not create new warranties or extend any existing warranties.
