Capabilities Statement
Core Competencies:
CyberRST delivers a virtual Instructor led cybersecurity workforce development and
mentorship training model designed to produce job-ready professionals aligned with
industry and federal requirements. Our approach integrates certifications, live
instruction, tool fluency, and real-world system s to close the gap between certification
and employment. Additionally, the curriculum aligns with NIST cybersecurity
standards, NICE Workforce Framework roles, GRC functions, and Risk Management
Framework (RMF) to support regulated enterprise and government environments.
Differentiators:
Outcomes-Driven Workforce Model
CyberRST is purpose-built around measurable employment outcomes, targeting 80%
job placement within 60 days of program completion. Training is designed backward
from employer requirements to ensure graduates are operationally ready on day one.
CyberRST’s technology stack integrates Al-assisted leaming tools that provide
students with interactive labs, guided exercises, and real-time feedback. Al is used to
adapt leaming paths, reinforce weak skill areas, and simulate real-world cybersecurity
Oscenarios, accelerating skill mastery beyond traditional static labs.
Each leamer completes approximately 600 hours of applied, hands-on training
including labs, simulations, and operational exercises aligned to NIST, NICE, GRC,
and RMF frameworks. This ensures graduates are operationally ready-not just
certified.
Past Performance:
CyberRST leadership brings over a decade of U.S. Army and enterprise IT
experience, operating in high-stakes, mission-critical environments. Experience
includes managing communications and IT systems, supporting operational
readiness, and leading cross-functional technical teams under strict compliance and
security requirements.
